I hope they can bring Peyton back for Brookes wedding. That is her best friend. As for her showing up taking focus of their wedding well Leyton wedding was mostly about Brooke/Julian but I doubt her showing up will take focus off the wedding. I would not want Quinn in Brookes wedding.
